Production time can vary between 7-31 business days from purchase as each shirt is printed individually after each purchase. In exceptional cases, production time can take longer. By ordering from Vintage Supply, the customer acknowledges this.

As each shirt is individually printed, there may be very minimal variations in the size, due to the natural shrinkage of the production process, and placement of prints. Additionally, garments may have slight cut and colour variations.

Colour on shirts may slightly differ than what is seen on the computer for various reasons such as: colour settings of a computer or how different inks are laid on different shirt colours. Vintage Supply are not responsible for these discrepancies.

While we acknowledge these do occur, we do our absolute best to minimise these variations. 

We, Vintage Supply, have printed many samples and test washed our products to ensure quality. As with any graphic shirt, in order to ensure the longevity of the product, please follow the care instructions (especially for washing and ironing) carefully.


For the security and safety of your personal information, Vintage Supply uses Shopify for all commercial transactions.

You may check the security validity of the checkout by clicking on the padlock icon that appears at the front of the URL of your browser when SSL is activated.


Vintage Supply are not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Additionally, the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product. The customer is responsible completely for paying import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. 


  1. I entered the wrong address and need to change it. 

Immediately contact us at contact@vintagesupply.com.au and include the order number, order name, order details and updated address. The customer is responsible for entering the correct, desired shipping address. There is no guarantee that Vintage Supply will be able to change the address once the order is placed and Vintage Supply are not responsible for lost deliveries due to the customer providing the incorrect address for any reason.

After an order has been processed and is out for delivery to the shipping address provided at the checkout, we are not able to change the address.

  1. I ordered the wrong size or item.

Immediately contact us at contact@vintagesupply.com.au and include the order number, order name, order details of your current order and your desired item to change to.  There is no guarantee that Vintage Supply will be able to change the item once the order is placed and Vintage Supply are not responsible for the customer’s ordering mistake for any reason.

  1. When will my item be shipped?

As our orders are made to order, it may take up to, or in exceptional cases, more than 21 days before the order is dispatched. Customers will be updated regularly via email on the production and shipping timelines.

  1. How are my orders shipped, and are tracking numbers provided?

Vintage Supply currently uses Australia Post to ship all deliveries. And yes, tracking numbers for all orders are provided via email when dispatched.

  1. I received the wrong item, or I am missing an item from my order, or it is the wrong size.

First, please properly check the wrapping and packaging the ensure the lost item is not stuck inside the parcel. If not, please contact us at contact@vintagesupply.com.au within 5 days of receiving the order (as determined by the delivered date provided by the tracking number) for us to remedy this issue. Provide your order name, order number and order details alongside images of the item received and its issues. 

  1. There is an issue regarding delivery.

Vintage Supply are not responsible for delays, missing, lost, damaged or stolen packages. Once Vintage Supply passes your orders to the applicable courier, the responsibility to ensure the orders reaches you is their responsibility. We understand it’s frustrating sometimes, but as these parcels written in your name, as you are the recipient of the delivery, you are to contact the applicable courier on your behalf to resolve any delivery issues with them using the provided tracking number. Vintage Supply will do our best to help and sort any issues quickly.

Vintage Supply are not responsible for any missing packages where the customer failed to receive it properly.

  1. My item is faulty.

Please contact us at contact@vintagesupply.com.au within 3 days of receiving the package. Please include the order number, order name, order details of your current order and item issues alongside photo proof. Vintage Supply reserves the right to deny any claims.

Faulty item does not include items that have been worn, washed and/or damaged in any way.

  1. Shipping price and times. 

Sometimes there are unforeseen shipping delays. Vintage Supply cannot guarantee that your package will be delivered within the expected time frame. We follow the delivery time estimations provided by Australia Post.

Duties and taxes are not included on all international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer to bear.

 Custom authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Custom agents have the right to release or deny release your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

Any parcel sent back to Vintage Supply due to any unpaid import taxes or duties from the customer will not be refunded.

  1. I would like cancel my order.

 No cancellations can be made once an order is placed.


  1. Chargebacks.

As Vintage Supply has clearly outlined product details and estimated turnarounds, chargebacks are against our terms and conditions. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  1. I would like a refund.

All sales are final. Vintage Supply does not provide refunds unless the item is deemed faulty due to a fault on our end. Please follow the appropriate steps as provided in the ORDER AND SHIPPING section for a refund. Vintage Supply reserves the right to deny any refund claims.

  1. I want to exchange my size or item.

All sales are final. There are no exchanges for different sizes or items. Please choose your design, colourway and size carefully.
